TERMS and CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICY

 

  • Appointment slots are released on the 20th of each month for the following month.

  • Booking Instructions: Clients need to select the 'Add On' option when booking if they opt for premium slots.

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all treatment bookings.

  • The fee is deducted from the final cost of the treatment.

  • The remainder of the payment is preferred in cash or bank transfer.

 

LATE POLICY

  • Grace Period: There is a grace period of 10 minutes.

  • Late Fees:

    • After this time, there will be a £10 late fee payable.

  • Consequences for 20 Minutes Late: Arrival 20 minutes or later will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of the booking fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To reschedule your appointment:

    • Do so 48 hours in advance via the booking system or email to avoid losing the booking fee.

  • Cancelling an appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee.

 

MEDICAL & CONSENT FORMS

  • These will be provided at the appointment.

  • Forms must be completed and signed prior to treatment.

 

AGE

  • You must be 18 to have any treatments with us.

 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

  • No extra guests are permitted.

  • If you are bringing a plus one for any reason, ensure you have informed us prior to your appointment.

    • "This is down to our discretion and additional guests will be refused entry or asked to wait off site."

REFUNDS

  • Service Sales: All service sales are final, with no refunds.

  • Non-Refundable Treatments:

    • Treatments such as fat dissolving, anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers, and PDO threads are non-refundable once the treatment has been undertaken.

 

ADVERSE ISSUES

  • For facial aesthetics work completed at RAWR Cosmetics:

    • Any adverse issues must be highlighted and reviewed with a consultation with the practitioner.

    • This consultation must take place within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of the work being done.

 

SERVICE DISCLAIMER

  • RAWR Cosmetics strives to provide:

    • Excellent service

    • Factual, honest, and ethical advice

    • Safe and expert treatment from an experienced practitioner.

  • Results Disclaimer:

    • Each individual is different, and therefore results cannot be guaranteed.

    • Refunds will not be offered if results fail to meet expectations.

 

CORRECTION POLICY

  • RAWR Cosmetics is willing to correct deficiencies and will approach any issues sympathetically.

  • Hyalase Dissolver:

    • If applicable, it will cost £100 and may be offered at the practitioner's discretion to reverse treatment.
